The Stript guide to eating paleo for a week
For many people, the idea of eating an entirely paleo diet can be pretty daunting. Especially if you're an athlete used to piling in carbohydrates to fuel your workouts. The restrictions on refined sugar and carbohydrates puts some people off completely, but Stript is here to show you that its actually pretty simple to get a full week's worth of high-quality nutrition, in a way that won't hurt your training.

Breakfast: High protein, long-lasting energy
It was the most important meal of the day when you were a kid, and its still the most important today. If you're busy with work and the gym, you're going to need quality protein at breakfast, to keep you fuelled until lunch, or at least mid-morning.
