Tropical Beefy Biltong Trail Mix
Paleo/Grain Free/Dairy Free/High Protein/Egg Free
Serves - 2- 4 servings

Cooking Time - 15 minutes
- 2 packets of Stript Snacks Biltong...Red Chili or Cracked Black Pepper, depending on your own preference
- 30g (¼ cup) raw cashew nuts
- 30g (¼ cup) raw unsalted pistachios
- 40g (½ cup) unsweetened coconut flaked
- 60g (⅓ cup) dried unsweetened mango
- Optiona:l 1 tbsp (20g) raw honey
- ¼ tsp Pink Himalayan Rock Salt
- Preheat oven to 180C (350F).
- Mix together cashew nuts, pistachios and honey if using. Place in the oven and roast for 10 minutes. Remove and toss with coconut. Return to the oven for 3-5 minutes more.
- Remove and mix together all ingredients. Leave to cool on the tray. Once it has cooled fully store in a seal tight container for up to 4 days. You can keep the nut and fruit mix for up to two weeks and simply add in the biltong when ready to serve!
